Name a quality that is true for you, let it sit with the ISness, it’s a subtle practice, it’s magical, notice what it is for you, not an understanding with your mind, accept what is with others.

Where are we in the great unwinding right now, contractions of birthing, getting almost to point of being unbearable, nearing transition, pressure building in collective, feeling pulled into camps, called to be here in personal alignment, love is real, beauty can open the vastness, truth is a vibration that ripples out, authentic connection, voices carry vibration.

Speaking truth clears vibration, coming from the mind the voice doesn’t have enough vibration to clarify, you’ll feel it land in the field, talk out loud, no vibration when you think it, advice for parents of children, kids need time not being pulled outside themselves, eternal authority saying that you must be afraid, find what’s real, our fear is infecting other people, elderly taking out old patterns and structures, we cannot kill our soul.

We cannot die, violence in entertainment media retriggers trauma, after a while the body is ignored and gets numb, numbness seeking more of something to get at the numbness, tired of the narrative, birthing a collective new experience, isn’t about who wins the election, old system going away, collaboration opening, judgment is an attack, having agendas is a shut-down, all of what you need is here and now in you.

Thank you for the reminder that we are capable powerful beings that can sit within our own feelings and allow experiential revelations to happen.
